I ruined the gears on my transmission on my savage xl, It has reverse on it. I have a savage xl that has a 3 speed transmission in it that I would like to put in my x. The xl has no reverse and I would like to know if I can take the reverse out of my 2 speed transmission and install it in my 3 speed.

Yes, the reverse module fits in both the 2 and 3 speed transmissions.
