Not Accelerating

Hi everyone,

HPI Savage Flux HP.

It flipped a bit then this happened.

Any ideas?
I'm able to take it apart but if you say check this or that part, I may not recognize it.
So a diagrams part or YouTube video would be helpful.

Check the spur gear and the motor pinion....

Stripped the aluminium gears inside the gearbox, replace with heavy duty version.
